As I am prepping for Christmas Photos in 2023 (I know, I know - it's only July! But if don't do it now we all now what the end of the year looks like when you have small children hahaha!) I thought I would share a couple of sessions that I really loved from 2022 and hope to inspire you all with your plans for Santa Photos this year!
When you come for your Family Christmas session I try to have a more neutral set ready to go as well so that we can get a couple of family portraits in your gallery that are NOT Christmas themed.
This way if you don't have a chance to update your family photos throughout the year, you can pick one up from your Christmas session at a super affordable price.
We also take the time to get photos with Mum and Dad in the set before we focus on your little ones... this not only creates some beautiful memories but helps your little one to feel more comfortable. Especially if they are teeny tiny or an only child! It can be scary to be sat up all by yourself while some crazy lady tries to make you smile!
And then after your little one has had some fun playing make believe with Santa we bring you back in for a couple of final family shots! It all happens so quickly that they don't have time to get tired, and Dad doesn't have time to get grumpy and before you know it - you will have a gorgeous gallery full of smiles like this beautiful family did!
And just to put the icing on the cake you will also have a little album of mockups to help you imagine what your photos would look like in wall art or Christmas products. I know that if you aren't a visual person it can be hard to picture what they will look like and if you will like them but hopefully between the mockups in your gallery and the samples you are able to pick up and feel at your session time, you will be able to have a better idea!
